Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their SIDDIQ account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

You can request account deletion using one of the following methods:

• •From within the SIDDIQ mobile application (account settings), or
• •By contacting us at: contact@siddiq-ai.com

Please include the email address associated with your account.

Data deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• •Account information (email address, name if provided)
• •Conversation history and usage data
• •Authentication data linked to the account

Data retention

Some technical or legal records may be retained for up to 30 days for security, legal, or compliance purposes. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.
